In the end I gave up on animating, it takes so much effort to morph properly, and I don't know what body motion would be better, so.... I made the static image ready

I think at this pace I can finish the lip motion until morning (1000 frames done now out of 9400)

barely got 500 frames animated.... and it goes this slow because the morphing required for mouth movement for English is very difficult, it's not as simple as Japanese or Romanian
