@zutq74 Normally I would recommend to not listen to songs, and to calibrate using tone generator and pink noise, but even then, you would have to listen to many other studio productions to get used to the new sound 🤪🤣 I know what has happened when I finally got my current setup, took me a week of listening to accommodate my ears.🤣

The unit's purpose is to compensate the frequencies which the main monitors are not capable to reproduce, so the unit must be calibrated to obtain linear power response compared to the mains, and to set the crossover to take over from the frequency the main is losing efficiency

The lower the frequency, the lower will be the iron losses and eddy current losses.

Being on EU grid now we have sometimes 258V at night. Good thing that I have AVRs everywhere

Romania was 220V/50Hz until it has merged with the EU grid at 230V/50Hz.
