Youtube has removed the mandatory h.265 HEVC encoding for 4K videos, now even AVI format with 60fps is made available in 4K (AVI container of mpeg4 h.264 XviD encoder)

I'm surprised to see 4K on youtube after it was direct AVI output from MMD. Where's their h.265 codec requirement now?
