The unit's purpose is to compensate the frequencies which the main monitors are not capable to reproduce, so the unit must be calibrated to obtain linear power response compared to the mains, and to set the crossover to take over from the frequency the main is losing efficiency

@neutrinoP Right, I set it up listening to some songs, I cloud feel frequency that I couldn't discern with the main monitors alone.
@zutq74 Normally I would recommend to not listen to songs, and to calibrate using tone generator and pink noise, but even then, you would have to listen to many other studio productions to get used to the new sound 🤪🤣 I know what has happened when I finally got my current setup, took me a week of listening to accommodate my ears.🤣
