For me, the best light solution is 12Vcc high lumen neutral white LED band. 3000 lumens and 18W for 1 metre. Placed above windows, curved for light dispersion, powered by PC PSU connected to UPS. In case of power failure, I still have light everywhere in the apartment 🤪😂
