ニコニコってPayPal使えたのか、知らなかった（

@yesdotsampr Yes, that's how I was having my premium. Foreign issued cards are not accepted, even if they are Visa or MasterCard.

@neutrinoP I didn't know that, I thought any Visa card could be used for Niconico(´･ω･`)

@yesdotsampr Nope, it instantly rejects mine, and in the help section says clearly: if rejection happens and is written in red, it means "issued in foreign country" and is automatically rejected.
And... I wanted a 12 months purchase...
