@neutrinoP ok. you mean in this winter the polar vortex isn't strong so the Arctic cold air has spread to the whole of Europe including Romania right?
@neutrinoP oh i see. btw what's the usual temperature in winter in where you live? warmer than this year?
@hamsaki This year is in normal limits, but much drier than it was in 80's when we had so much snow the authorities had to forbid cars to go on the roads. Guess who was happy! Me! And all children together, having the entire city as playground.
@hamsaki And it's about to return.
