Btw, for any MMD, C4D, or any other 3D models, is almost impossible to replicate this dress style. And that's because the low poly, and more importantly, the collision boxes size and behaviour.
Whenever I tried to give the flow of the material as naturally as I could, once applied to the body, the legs would go through the material, si the only fix was to create bigger collision boxes, which rendered the skirt or dress unnaturally "suspended" around the waist.

Another issue I have learned is that there is no way one can replicate the dress or skirt behaviour in wind. The many random vortexes that are forming at the impact of the air flow with any material, the draft and pressure differences, they are definitely not yet easy to reproduce in such programs (less likely in MMD)
