@takepon Nowadays the traditional cuisine is somewhat lost, everybody eats what they can find or afford from stores. No more corn porridge with telemea cheese, no more sarmale, no more smoked meat 😅 and many many more

@takepon Sarmale (pickled cabbage leaves stuffed with a mixture of meat, rice, seasonings) boiled together with smoked sausages for about 2 and half hours

@takepon It's really unusual for people to cook their own food from raw stuff nowadays. Me and mom are still making our meals, and it seems our specialty is chicken upper legs fried with potatoes, I could eat that every day without getting tired of it 😍 🤗 😋
