@takepon Nowadays the traditional cuisine is somewhat lost, everybody eats what they can find or afford from stores. No more corn porridge with telemea cheese, no more sarmale, no more smoked meat 😅 and many many more
@takepon Sarmale (pickled cabbage leaves stuffed with a mixture of meat, rice, seasonings) boiled together with smoked sausages for about 2 and half hours
